From 2018 onwards, they incorporated a new wine, Garganta Funda, which arose from a pleasant conversation with Oficina Arara, also from Oporto, authors of the labels and all the graphic images of the wines, and with whom they have maintained a close relationship since it starts. The idea will always be worse to drink than provoke, unless one takes the other. They use stainless steel vats, frequently used French oak barrels and plastic molds to crush the grapes, without temperature control. The Whites always have a partial tan. It is not always possible to have the same wines from one year to another, so you never know for sure what will sell. That's where we're going.
