The Ataíde Semedo Cuvée Reserva 2019 sparkling wine is a traditional method sparkling wine, fermented in the bottle, with the remuage done by hand in wooden pupitres. Being a natural brut, it does not have any added sugar in the expedition liqueur.
Sparkling wine with some notes of good evolution on the nose, some toast and good complexity. Mouth with fine bubbles, some toast in a very fresh, balanced combination with a long finish.
