Monte Branco New Vineyards White 2020

Monte Branco Vinhas Novas Branco 2020 is a unique and complex wine, resulting from several distinct fermentations. Part of the process includes initial fermentation and subsequent barrel fermentation, while another part is fermented in stainless steel vats with co-fermentation of several grape varieties. This unusual combination of 40% Rabigato, 40% Arinto, 10% Galego Dourado and 10% Esgana Cão results in an excellent wine, full of notes of flint, fresh herbs, lemon and orange peel, with slight bitterness that adds strength. Despite still being very young, it is dry and austere, persistent, with great potential for aging in the bottle.
