Pegos Claros Grande Escolha 2016 was produced from the oldest, centenary vineyards. Grapes were foot-trodden on the first day. Partial fermentation with stalks in a wine press. Aged in 500-litre and 225-litre French oak barrels. Superior elegance and complexity, offering a long finish. Wine with a pronounced gastronomic profile and great aging potential.
