The Quinta Várzea da Pedra Arinto 2021 wine is influenced by the Atlantic climate, particularly by the mesoclimate of the Serra do Montejunto and the Óbidos Lagoon. The harvest is done manually into 10kg boxes, with total destemming, soft pressing and fermentation in stainless steel. It ages for 11 months on fine lees in stainless steel tanks.
