Secretum 2018 is made from 100% Arinto, unusually intense, complex, mineral with notes of grapefruit and very well integrated, high-quality wood. Aging: The final third fermented in 300-liter 2nd and 3rd year French oak barrels. Battonage on fine lees for about 9 months. Palate: Surprisingly broad, full of volume, concentration and with ample acidity as well, but which is elegant, fresh and very balanced.
