Terras de Tavares Reserva Red 2003 is a low intervention wine made from 35-year-old vines in the Penalva do Castelo area. Jaen (60%) and Touriga Nacional (40%) grape varieties, clay-granite soil, humid year. Maceration for 1 week, ageing in stainless steel for 6 months, followed by ageing in 400l barrels.
Delicate fruit, more mineral and with balsamic notes. Very fresh and somewhat dry.
