The Conde Anadia Assemblage Blanc de Noirs Sparkling Wine is made with grapes exclusively from the vineyards of the Palácio dos Condes de Anadia, located in Mangualde, at an altitude of around 500 metres, on a plateau of granite soils. These vineyards are surrounded by forest reserves typical of the Dão region, with a notable presence of pine, cedar and oak trees.
It is a "brut nature" sparkling wine made using the classic method from a careful assemblage of harvests of the Touriga Nacional grape variety.
It has a delicate aroma with floral, toasted and tertiary notes. When tasted, it is rich and complex, with balanced acidity. Its finish is elegant and persistent.
