Alto do Joa Branco 2019 is a 100% fermented wine in the "orange wine" style, complex and with a good body and great persistence.
Its versatility means it pairs well with fresh and wild mushrooms, as well as succulent dishes (bean stews and cassoulets), cod and game birds. It goes well with vegetarian dishes. Some bold connoisseurs recommend this wine with a peach tart or a tarte Tatin.
Low intervention wine without the addition of yeast, enzymes or other oenological products and even the addition of sulfites is done in the minimum essential quantities.
