Straw yellow color with a slight greenish hue. Closed aroma with notes of yeast and resin. Elegant, very fine bubbles, some creaminess, delicate citrus fruits, some brioche and a slight mineral touch. Broad, good persistence, with a harmonious finish and some intensity.
