Herdade Do Cebolal White House Vineyard 2019

The Herdade Do Cebolal Branco Vinha Da Casa Branca 2019 comes from a vineyard called Casa Branca due to the existence of a salt gem that exists in the subsoil of this plot. The bunches are selected and chosen manually. This white wine was in contact with the skins for 3 days. Alcoholic fermentation was carried out with indigenous yeasts. During alcoholic fermentation, the must undergoes battonage and is normally aged in vats for 12-18 months, and can in turn naturally undergo malolactic fermentation due to the low sulfur content and because it is in contact with fine lees and some coarse lees.

An unusual white wine with mineral and forest aromas, sometimes reminiscent of pine and menthol. It is a wine with a fresh flavor, with mineral notes and excellent crisp acidity due to its proximity to the Atlantic.
