Quinta das Bágeiras Abafado 2007 is a fortified wine made from Baga grapes, whose fermentation took place in small open vats and was interrupted by the addition of brandy produced at Quinta das Bágeiras. This brandy was double distilled in a Charentais still using the double distillation technique. Combined with the grape variety from which it was produced, the quality of the brandy proved to be decisive in the excellence of the final product.

It has aromas of plum and apricot, dried figs, dates, pine needles, dried cherries and pine nuts, being intense, complex and enveloping. It shows intensity, strength, determination and freshness thanks to its acidity. Long finish.
