White Harvest 2022

Quinta das Bágeiras Colheita Branco 2022 is a wine that comes from vines that are just over 15 years old. It is vinified using an ancient process, with the must being placed in small open 1m³ decanters where it remains for between 24 and 36 hours to decant through natural precipitation. At the end of this process, the must is transferred to stainless steel tanks where it ferments, with temperature control carried out by means of a drop of chilled water. Light notes of hay, some honey and strong sensations of stubble.
