Baga Duck

Baga Duck is a low-intervention wine that is the result of exclusively using grapes from native varieties (Bairrada region), from small editions and revealing unexpected sensations that raise questions! They minimized the use of sulfur, the wines are not always filtered and the wines are vegan (they do not use any products of animal origin throughout the production process). This wine does not have a vintage age as it is a blend of 4 different harvests (2014, 2016, 2017 and 2018) combined to achieve the perfect balance.

An elegant, very fresh wine with polished tannins and a relatively long finish. A relaxed wine to drink with just some tapas and good conversation. Of course, it also goes well with vegan dishes, pasta, grilled fish and white meat.
