Calibre Porto LBV 2007

Calibre Porto LBV 2007 presents an aroma of wild berry jam, with notes of black figs, toast and spices. In the mouth it is fresh, complex and velvety. The flavour of fig jam with notes of spices and cocoa makes the whole quite interesting and pleasant. Warm, long and persistent finish.

This is a port that matures before being bottled, and is ready to drink immediately after bottling. It also evolves positively in the bottle, becoming smoother and more complex over time.

This LBV is unfiltered and has some natural precipitate resulting from the bottle aging process. We recommend decanting not only to separate the precipitate but also to aerate the wine before serving. Decanting will make the wine taste even more pleasant.
