The Casa de Paços Family Blend Superior White 2021 is a recreation of one produced in the 1960s. It is produced with four of the grape varieties that were the basis of the classic Quinta de Paços wine (Alvarinho 30%, Arinto 25%, Loureiro 25%. Fernão Pires 20%). It shows potential for aging!
The soils are of non-porphyritic granite origin, medium-grained, sandy and rich in quartz. The grape production respects the environment and is certified as “Integrated Production”.
It presents complex aromas of tropical and citrus fruits, pineapple, banana and lime. Full and long mouthfeel, where the citrus aromas stand out. Balanced, elegant and complex. An excellent wine for those who think they don't like green wine!
