Dalva Biológico Branco 2020 wine is produced exclusively from a single vineyard, certified in Organic Production Mode, at an altitude of 600 m, in the Pinhão River valley.
It has a floral aroma, with notes of beeswax, honey and a light touch of vanilla. Although discreet, the primary aromas are easily identifiable. In the mouth it is mineral, with good structure and very persistent. Lively acidity, with a slight sweetness at the end, which leaves us "talking" to the wine.
It is a young wine, but very expressive.
