Palate - Beautiful citrus notes surrounded by hints of butter and spice to add complexity. On the palate it is very creamy but very fresh and light. Great texture and very long finish.

Doravante Branco 2021 was born from vines of Arinto that are around 30 years old and from very old vines of Bical and Cercial. It is a different approach to these grapes and to the expression of the clay-limestone soils and the Atlantic climate of the region.
Malolactic fermentation occurred spontaneously, creating a richer and more complex profile, but with the same lightness and freshness as always.
