Dalva Brut Sparkling Wine 2023

Dalva Bruto Sparkling Wine 2023 is a traditional method sparkling wine. Grapes carefully selected from vineyards on the Alijó and Murça plateau.

Light citrus color and a mineral aroma with notes of passion fruit and citrus. Its bubbles are fine and somewhat persistent. On the palate, the fruit is very well balanced by the freshness of the wine. Very refreshing and round, it has a light and fresh finish. A versatile and fresh wine to serve during a meal or as an aperitif. It goes well with fish dishes such as salmon, or white meats. It can be stored closed, in suitable conditions, for 7 years.
