The Sparkling Wine Pai Abel Grande Reserva Bruto Natural 2016 based on Bical (80%) and with Chardonnay and Cercial is a sparkling wine that presents aromatic complexity, with notes of dried apricot, lemon peel, hazelnuts and almonds.
In the mouth it has very fine bubbles, creamy with lime, biscuit, light black pepper and a long finish.
Super elegant, but also dry, fresh, distinguished, full of class and sophistication. Simply fantastic!
The disgorgement took place in May 2021. Like all Quinta das Bágeiras sparkling wines, this one is also natural brut (without added sugar).
