Sparkling Wine Pontas Soltas Blanc de Noirs 2017

The Pontas Soltas Blanc de Noirs 2017 Sparkling Wine is made from a carefully selected selection of grapes from the Tinta Francisca variety. Made with total destemming and minimal crushing, it went straight to the pneumatic press where we only collected the tears generated by the weight of the accumulated grapes with the aim of removing as little color as possible.

Elegant in aroma, marked by notes of quince jam, a direct reflection of the grape variety used. Fine and persistent bubbles, velvety and creamy with a very interesting mousse. Long finish marked by great freshness.
