Tamariz White Semi-Dry Sparkling Wine is produced using the classic method, from a selection of grapes from the coolest areas of Quinta do Tamariz.
It has a fine and persistent bubble. A delicate, fresh and very harmonious sparkling wine, voluminous, with a beautiful balance between sweetness and acidity, which gives it a long finish, as a result of the 60 months of aging on the lees before disgorgement.
Most likely the best national sparkling wine without being brut, suitable for desserts.
