Deep Throat Red 2018

Garganta Funda is the result of traditional Douro winemaking. The grapes are trodden by foot in order to obtain a more elegant and less extracted wine. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in a wine press in constant contact with the skins and part of the stems.

This wine was vinified in a minimalist and natural way, containing only grapes, the minimum of sulphites in order to guarantee the quality and stability of the wine and work. With the aim of providing an unfiltered wine, a direct connection between the wine lover and the land.

A red wine full of flavor, with an impressive freshness due to its high acidity, some vegetal and low alcohol content, and a long finish. The ideal red wine for hot days.
