The Herdade do Cebolal Xisto Tinto 2014 is the more talkative and explosive brother of this producer. The bunches of grapes are selected and chosen manually. The wine was fermented and aged without temperature control in clay presses and stainless steel fermentation vats for a year. It represents an Atlantic wine with aromas reminiscent of red fruits, the typical flowers of the Touriga Nacional grape variety.
It is a wine that presents the fresh fruit typical of the Atlantic, but is very powerful and vigorous, with a long finish.
