Pieces of Douro Red 2021

Pedaços Douro Tinto 2021 is vinified with crushing and total destemming. Fermentation takes place in an open wine press at a controlled temperature. The Touriga Nacional grape variety, characterized by being able to produce balanced wines with a lot of personality, gave great emphasis to the freshness and persistence of the wine.
Aroma of red fruits and a little vegetal and in the mouth it has notable but polished tannins that, combined with the excellent freshness, make for a tense, long and deep finish.
