Poeira Tinto 2019 was born from the desire to make a wine that was balanced and elegant, not heavy, tannic and boring. Unlike wines that are supported by tannins, Poeira is supported by acidity, despite these being quite noticeable. The elegance and subtlety of the fruity and floral Touriga blends here with earthy notes, heather, aromatic herbs and blueberries, with brilliant complexity and finesse. The tannins are perfect, extremely polished, and the freshness runs through the wine from start to finish, leaving a very long and classy finish.
