The Procura na Ânfora Branco 2018 comes from an exceptional 85-year-old vineyard, located at an altitude of 700 metres in the Serra de São Mamede. Amphorae, or Talhas, are the traditional winemaking system in the Alentejo, although “Talha Brancos” were traditionally vinified with skin contact and without temperature control.
