White Winery 2019

Quinta das Bágeiras Garrafeira Branco 2019 is vinified in an open spout where it remains for between 24 and 36 hours to decant through natural fermentation. At the end of this process, it is transferred to old 2500L wooden barrels, where several fermentations have already taken place. It is bottled without any type of filter or fining (a clarification process, which can drag proteins) and not always in the same month, as the wine itself is allowed to decide when it is ready to be bottled.

Quinta das Bágeiras only awards the Garrafeira designation to its best wines from exceptional harvests.
