The Quinta de Lemos Dona Louise Red 2013 wine has a complex aroma, lots of spice and black berries. Good structure in the mouth, very silky, with a fresh and attractive finish.
This wine is obtained after fermentation at a controlled temperature, in order to preserve all its aromatic elegance, in large wooden barrels and stainless steel tanks, for 20 days. The wine is produced by malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels and has a subsequent maturation period of 18 months, in order to enhance its structure and complexity.
