Raiola Tinto 2019 is a low-intervention wine made from a special batch from the 2019 harvest. It began as a fermentation in a wine press of only red grape varieties (harvested from 4 old vineyards), whole bunch and foot-trodden. After 4 days of fermentation and maceration, the grapes were pressed and the wine transferred to 7 French oak barrels, one of which was new. It is a fresh, light and delicate wine.
