Santiago na Ânfora do Rocim Alvarinho Branco 2019 is a wine inspired by the manufacture of amphorae. This wine is born from the sharing of knowledge between Joana, from Quinta de Santiago, and Pedro from Herdade do Rocim.
Floral and mineral notes stand out on the nose. On the palate, the pronounced acidity, balanced by the earthy component, reveals in an elegant, structured and persistent way the aging in Amphora from which it was produced.
