Sem Igual Pet-Nat 2019 has an expressive and slightly fruity aroma with great freshness in the mouth. To avoid the extraction of an intense color, the grapes are gently and quickly pressed with dry ice (cooling and protecting the pulp with CO2) and to refine the must before fermentation, a gelatin of vegetable origin (pea protein) was used. It may have sediment, so be careful and do not shake the bottle too much.
