The Torre de Tavares Rufete 2019 wine from João Tavares de Pina is a low intervention wine made from 100% Rufete grapes.
Wine with a vegetal and red fruit aroma, light on the palate, still a little astringent but no longer bothersome, very fresh and with a long finish.
This wine was vinified and aged without the addition of sulphites and without the use of any oenological product, with only a little sulphur added during bottling.
