It is carefully produced using the classic method from a selection of Pinot Noir grapes grown on the cool, high slopes of the Alto Douro. The terroir of the Douro highlands contributes in a unique way to the distinctive personality of this Vértice sparkling wine.
The incredibly long aging time (96 months) gives it great complexity and class, making it one of the best national sparkling wines, competing on equal terms with champagnes in this price range.
