The raw material here is scarce but extremely precious. The soils, of a calcareous nature, allow for the construction of unique and unmistakable wines, while also favoring the retention of natural acidity and transmitting freshness and minerality. These characteristics contribute to authenticity, uniqueness and complexity of the resulting wines.

The entire winemaking process is developed in a sustainable manner, with the utmost commitment to respecting the soil and nature, promoting biodiversity.
