After 1890, notre familial project was transmitted from generation to generation, it was an actuellement géré for the 4th and 5th generations: Isabel et son fils Luís Lufinha Mota Capitão. Le savoir, transmis au fil des générations, renforcé par les valeurs, l'éthique, la responsabilité et le respect de l'homme et de la nature, donne naissance à cet héritage qui nous identifie comme une famille. Nous sommes des artisans du vin, respectant l'authenticité de notre terroir, ce qui se traduit par des vins de personnalité, respectueux de l'environnement et à faible intervention chimique.
Herdade do Cebolal is made up of 85 hectares with 20 vineyards and 65 hectares of forest. Nous travaillons à la régénération/restructuration de notre patrimoine dont les 7 premier hectares ont déjà été convertis en Agriculture Syntropique.
Notre vignoble est composé de cépages autochtones et internationaux, qui ont été plantés au cours des dernières décennies, le plus ancien ayant environ 80 ans.
