The philosophy is simple: create authentic wines that faithfully reflect their origins. Focusing solely on the traditional varieties of Bairrada, we work exclusively with Baga, Bical, Arinto, Cercial and Maria Gomes. The vineyard is its priority, and from an early age they abandoned the use of herbicides, in favor of the health of the soil and the biodiversity of the vineyard. Thanks to a permanent investigation of the surrounding plants, the forest and some cultivated in our back patio, today we use around 15 different plants in our biodynamic preparations.
