Born from the logic of the enormous productivity destined for the “barrel” wine market in Lisbon and Africa, they decided to take another path and reborn in winemaking. Instead of red, it passed in white, which confused some of his companions from the denomination of origin, Torres Vedras, who were very accustomed to working in red. In the 13 ha, white Portuguese varieties were planted that best expressed the place (9 km from the sea, fossilized clay) and… simply… some… simply… some… red varieties.
In the vineyard and in the winery they encourage the autochthonous flora to ferment their musts, making human intervention essential.
