Alongside the older vineyards, they are reconstituting a huge diversity of native varieties, giving a second life to the farm and the style of the wines. Until 2013, inspired by the classic wines produced with a base of Jaen and Touriga Nacional, aged in wood and aged for a long time in the bottle, the new Rufia range explores the production of young, fresh, acidic wines with vegetal touches, from natural winemaking, with minimal intervention and low levels of SO2.
