The raw material here is scarce but extremely precious. The limestone soils provide the construction of unique and unmistakable wines, while also favoring the retention of natural acidity and transmitting freshness and minerality. These characteristics contribute to the authenticity, uniqueness and complexity of the resulting wines.

The entire winemaking process runs sustainably, with the utmost commitment to respecting the soil and nature, promoting biodiversity.
