In this place you will find very old vineyards, some of them abandoned by the age of their dueños. From the regeneration of the first plot, less than 2 ha, comes the first wine, Saroto.
If Saroto is the Trás-os-Montes word for animals without glue, the lizard intends to be the image of the capacity for regeneration, trying to demonstrate the willingness to recover part of the wine heritage, which has since been abandoned.
